Spring Library Used Book Sale / Wednesday, May 22nd through Sunday, May 26th Stop by the Library while we’re open to browse our Used Book Sale! Also for sale: DVDs, video games, and jigsaw puzzles. No individual pricing; everything is by donation. All donated funds will go towards purchasing new items for the Library.
Upcoming Programs
Sourdough Starter Class / Friday, May 31st, 5:30—6:30 p.m. Join the Illinois Extension at the Library for an introductory class on sourdough and unlock the secrets of building and maintaining your own thriving sourdough starter! You will learn the science behind sourdough, plus feeding and care techniques, and you’ll take home everything you need to make your own starter. Limited space. Please register online or by calling the Library. Recommended Ages: 19+.
Summer Reading Kickoff Party / Saturday, June 1, 11:00—1:00 p.m. It’s time to kick off the Summer Reading Program! Come by the Library and have some fun! Grab a bag of popcorn and get signed up for the Summer Reading Program to start earning prizes and raffle tickets. All ages welcome.
