Kids Craft Time: Paper Woven Placements / Thursday, December 14th, 4:00—5:30 p.m. Weave a colorful placemat by interlacing strips of paper. Recommended Ages: 6-11.

Teen Lounge / Thursday, December 14th, 6:00—7:00 p.m. Come and let us know what you’d like to see happen at the Library. Chat with us over pizza and video games about what you think the Library should have! Recommended Ages: 12-18.

Adult Craft N’ Chat: Fabric Wreaths / Friday, December 15th, 5:30—6:30 p.m. Come to the Library and customize a fabric wreath. Design them as ideal holiday décor or for year-round display! Limited space. Please register online or by calling the Library. Recommended Ages: 18+.

The IDEA Zone / Saturday, December 16th, 1:00—3:30 p.m. Bring your designs to life in the IDEA Zone! Finish up those homemade holiday gifts with the Library’s crafting equipment and supplies or bring your own materials! A signed user agreement must be completed by the time of the event. A copy of this agreement can be found on our website [HERE] or by visiting the Library. Recommended Ages: 8+. Parental supervision required.

Children’s Storytime / Tuesday, December 19th, 10:00—10:30 a.m. Come to the Library for a fun story time filled with stories, songs, and silly rhymes. Recommended Ages: 0-5.

Play Group with Friends / Tuesday, December 19th, 10:30—11:00 a.m. Bring your children for a playdate at the Library while you enjoy conversation with other parents and caregivers in the community. Recommended Ages: 0-5.

Chair Yoga / Tuesday, December 19th, 1:30—3:00 p.m. Come to the Library to enjoy gentle, non-strenuous yoga in a group setting. We will be primarily sitting in chairs, with some standing using the chairs for support, but all stretches can be adjusted to individual participants’ comfort. Recommended Ages: 18+.

Coffee Talk / Wednesday, December 20th, 9:00—10:00 a.m. Twice a month, seniors are welcome to visit for coffee and light refreshments in the company of other seniors in the community! Recommended Ages: Senior.

STEAMers: Pool Noodle Marble Run / Wednesday, December 20th, 10:30—11:00 a.m. Put on your thinking cap at the Library for an activity that’s full of science, learning, and fun. This week, we’re building a collaborative pool noodle marble run! Recommended Ages: 0-5.

LEGO® Club / Wednesday, December 20th, 3:30—5:00 p.m. Come build a creative LEGO® design at the Library! All materials will be provided, you just bring the imagination. Recommended Ages: 6-11.

STEM Explorers: Glow in the Dark Slime / Thursday, December 21st, 4:00—5:30 p.m. Stop by the Library to make your own glow in the dark slime! We’ll also talk about polymers, non-Newtonian fluids, and the chemical processes occurring that allow your slime to glow. Recommended Ages: 6-11.

Kids Take-Home Winter Crafts / December 27th—31st Come to the Library and pick up a kit for a winter-themed craft you can make at home! Kits are available first come, first served while supplies last. Recommended Ages: 6-11.
