As summer winds down, it may be getting hard to keep the kids busy at home! Bring them to the library this Friday for some fun activities! Birth to Five Illinois will be back this Friday, August 7 for a story time and craft for the little ones. For kids 6-11, stop by in the afternoon from 3:30-4:30 for Youth Tinker Club. Kids can have their pick of craft supplies and tools to build and create whatever they can imagine. Saturday, August 8 is our last Summer Saturday at the Park, and we’ll be closing the series out at Colbert Park in Savoy. As always, we will have our prize well, some games and activities, and a sweet treat! Teen Make Lab continues Wednesday, August 12 from 3:30-5:00 for teens ages 12-18. For our active older adults, if you’re looking to get out of the house this week, Wednesday, August 12 will be our only Senior Fitness Day this month so don’t miss out on getting your movement in!
