Comics Plus

Comics Plus gives you unlimited access to thousands of digital comics, graphic novels, manga, and picture books from dozens of publishers. Their collections are updated every week with new titles, and there are no wait times or borrowing limits for checkouts! The Tolono Public Library has three different collections for our patrons to choose from:

• Children’s Library (Ages 5-11): https://tolonopldilcl.librarypass.com/

• Full Collection (Ages 18+): https://tolonopldilfc.librarypass.com/

In partnering with the Tolono Public Library, Comics Plus has linked patrons’ access to the birthdate on their library card accounts. Make sure you are choosing the correct age bracket when you log in with your library card number. Please note that the Full Collection URL contains genres of mature subject matter while the Children’s and Teen’s URLs are always age-appropriate content. Getting Started with Comics Plus

To get started, patrons can download the Comics Plus app for iOS or Android and follow the prompts listed below:

1. Open the app and click Get Started.
2. Search for “Tolono Public Library District” and from the search results, see the age-approriate collection you are trying to access.
3. Tap Tolono Public Library District IL [AGE OPTION].
4. Enter your library card number and pin (last four digits of your phone number), then hit the green Login button.

Once you are signed in, you can now browse, borrow, and enjoy a variety of items from the database catalog!
