Board members present: Charles Schultz, Mary Thweatt, Kelli Trei
Board members absent: Pat Coombs, Josie Donovan, Michelle Reed, Alaina Stanfer
Others present: Travis Givens, Terrance Stuber, Larry Johnson

1. Call to Order: 6:02 p.m.
   A roll call was taken to establish attendance: Charles Schultz- present; Mary Thweatt -present; Kelli Trei – present; Pat Coombs – absent; Josie Donovan – absent; Michelle Reed – absent; Alaina Stanfer – absent. A quorum was not present.

   1. Discussion/Possible Action: Easement/sewer drain business.
      1. In the absence of a quorum, informal discussion among those present occurred for information-sharing purposes only; no motion was made, and no action was taken. This item will be placed on the agenda for the next meeting at which a quorum is present.
