The library will be closed this Saturday to celebrate the 250th Independence Day! But we have plenty of programs to keep you occupied on the other days coming up this week. Test your knowledge of our country at Stars and Stripes Trivia on Thursday, July 2 from 5:30-7:00PM. This trivia event is for all ages! Dress in your most patriotic garb for bonus points and know the most Americana trivia to win the prize!
On Friday at 10:00, we continue our Sensory Story Time with Miss Leslie. Bring the babies and toddlers for a half an hour of fun stories and activities to captivate your little ones. Bring the kids back on Tuesday, July 7 at 11:00 to visit with the Tolono Fire Department and learn some tips and tricks when it comes to fire safety. Plus they’ll have a chance to see a fire truck up close!
Our monthly meeting of LKBC is on Monday, July 6 at 5:30. Stop by and let us know what you’ve been reading at this very Low Key Book Club; new members are welcome! Since we aren’t all reading the same book, anyone can join us at any time. Of course, our regular programs of Senior Fitness and Teen Make Lab continue this week as well.
