News for March 5-11, 2026

If you missed out on the Friends of the Tolono Library Brick Sale and Decorating Day on March 3rd, don’t worry!  Bricks will be for sale throughout the month of March all the way up until our Community Garden Groundbreaking on March 28th.  Stop in the library, visit the library’s website, or contact the Friends of the Tolono Library to purchase your brick today and leave a lasting legacy in our garden.  We are still looking for volunteers to help with the groundbreaking and planting of our community garden.  If you are interested in lending a helping hand, please email friends@tolonolibrary.org

All three of our Dungeons and Dragons campaigns are meeting this week.  Youth (6-11) will meet on Thursday, March 5 from 4:00-5:00PM, the adult campaign will also meet on Thursday, March 5 from 5:30-7:30PM, and the teen campaign (12-18) will meet on Monday, March 9 from 5:30-7:30PM. Teen FabLab will take place at its usual time on Wednesday, March 11 from 3:30-5:00PM.  However, please note that all these events will be taking place in the main library spaces because our meeting room will be occupied by voting machines for Early Voting for the Primary Elections.

Early Voting will take place in the library meeting room Monday, March 9-Friday March 13 from 11:00AM-6:00PM, Saturday, March 14 from 10:00AM-4:00PM, Sunday, March 15 from 1:00PM-4:00PM (early voting will be available, though the library itself will remain closed), and Monday, March 16 from 11:00AM-6:00PM.  On Election Day, Tuesday, March 17th, the polls will open at 6:00AM and close at 7:00PM.  Please note that on Tuesday, even though the polls open and you can vote at 6:00AM, library operations will not be available until our regular hours starting at 8:00AM.
